Technical training at Atronic’s headquarters in Germany Today’s slot machines are becoming more and more real high-technology products and it’s definitely hard for slot managers to keep pace with the fast development. To keep casino slot/ technical managers updated about all the features and benefits of the latest Atronic products, Atronic’s Technical Service recently held a comprehensive technical training for their Portuguese and Greek casino customers. The workshop included a presentation of Atronic’s entire product range and periphery technology and was tailored to the specific requests and requirements of the Portuguese and Greek casino markets. Especially Atronic’s Cashline technology, including games and hardware features, was thoroughly explained to the participants. Cashline is Atronic’s latest product series, which features improved 3-D graphics for stunning visual effects in combination with an exceptional stereo sound package. In addition, the Cashline games are equipped with a touchscreen interface which supports exciting new game features for enhanced player interaction. Furthermore a comprehensive presentation of the new Atronic Slant Top including all features and benefits was given. This Slant Top combines operator friendliness with maximum player comfort and attraction. Special attention has been paid to reliability and serviceability in order to ensure maximum machine uptime. The Slant Top accommodates Atronic's successful Video Slot, Video Poker and Touchscreen game library as well as the Cashline series.
Athanasios (Sakis) Isaakidis, Atronic's Technical
Manager commented: “We will definitely organise this kind of training sessions
regularly in the future as they are a great opportunity to familiarise
our customers with our products as well as to get direct customer input
for our future product development. Our philosophy is to work closely
together with our customers. We try to listen to their demands and wishes
and to incorporate this input into our product development.”
