SJM is Dr. Stanley Ho's reincarnation of STDM and one of the three original license holders. In September 2009 the company operated or owned 20 of the 35 casinos in Macau and 4 slot operations.

Galaxy Resort & Casino - Galaxy Casino SA
Galaxy presently have 4 city clubs - The Waldo, Rio, Grand Waldo and President.
Galaxy StarWorld opened in October 2006 and the Galaxy Macau opened May 2011.

Galaxy Resort & Casino was formerly known as.K. Wah Construction Materials Ltd. which was founded by Lui Che Woo. The company changed it's name in November 2005 and is presently run by Woo's eldest son Francis Lui.

Wynn Resorts - Macau
One of the three companies granted master gaming licenses. Wynn Macau opened 5th September 2006. The company sold it's sub-license to Melco/Crown in early 2006 for $900 million.

Melco Crown Entertainment is a partnership between Lawrence Ho's Melco International and James Packer's Crown Ltd. (33.5%) the owner of Melbourne's Crown and Perth's Burswood Casino. The companies properties in Macau use a sub-license purchased from Wynn Resorts for $900 million in early 2006. Melco/Crown's first operation the Crown Macau opened 9th May, 2007.

MGM MIRAGE & Pansy Ho Chiu-king
On the 19th April 2005 MGM Mirage announced a joint venture partnership with Pansy Ho to be called MGM Grand Macau.

The ground breaking ceremony on the $975 million project was held on 1st June, 2005 and the 300 table 1,000 slot casino opened for business on the 18th December, 2007.

Emperor Entertainment Hotel (EEH) Ltd.

EEH is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange (0296). Casino interests include Golden Princess Cruises and the Emperor Hotel and Casino in North Korea. (Believed to be closed - 8/11/2005). 

The Grand Emperor Hotel's casino in Macau officialy opened on the 20th January 2006. Actor Jackie Chan has a 5% stake. SJM hold 20% and in addition to managing the casino they also provide the gaming license.

Golden Resorts Group
Golden Resorts purchased two hotels with gaming facilities in 2005. The Grandview Hotel is located near the ferry terminal and the Casa Real Hotel on Taipa Island. The casino concessions at both locations are operated by Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. (SJM).

Greek Mythology (Macau) Entertainment Group
The casino operates on a sub-licence from SJM. A-Max Holdings is a minority shareholder with 19.9%. It was announced on the 9th November 2005 that A-MaX would up it's stake to 49.9%
