Company purchased by Harrah's Entertainment in late 2006

LCI's operations also include 2 casinos in Egypt (Taba & Cairo) & South Africa (Emerald Safari Resort). The company has also been granted licenses in a number of other British cities and they have a 10 year management contract for the Casino du Liban in Lebanon.

Les Ambassadeurs was sold to Indonesian Putera Sampoerna in early 2006.

A & S Leisure Group
6 casinos in total. 5 in the provinces and 1 in Leicester Square, London. All now trade under the Napoleons brand. A & S is a privately owned company founded in 1968 and based in Owlerton, Sheffield.

Founded by John Aspinall who passed away in 2000. The club moved to it's present location in 1992.
The domain is used as the base for the internet casino. It was announced in April 2002 that the company had made substantial losses on this particular project and the operation was subsequently outsourced to

A 50/50 partnership between Aspinall Group and the Packer Organisation who own the Crown Casino in Melbourne and Burswood Casino in Perth.

Blue Chip Plc.presently have 2 casinos open in Dudley & Wolverhampton. Mississippi based Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. acquired a 66% interest in the company on the 28th November, 2003 for £5 million.

Clermont Club - Clermont Leisure
The Clermont Club in Berkeley Square is one of Britain's most famous gaming clubs and was purchased from Rank/Grosvenor by BIL International in December 2006.

BIL International has now changed it's name to Clermont Leisure and is a subsidiary of Guoco Group Limited. The ultimate parent company is Hong Leong Group controlled by Malaysian Quek Leng Chan.

Ladbrokes Casino and Sports Bar
Opened 18th July, 2006 in the Hilton London Paddington. Originally a joint-venture between Ladbrokes (35%) and Alan Goodenough the former Chairman of LCI and his associate David Seton who had a combined 65% interest. Ladbrokes bought out their partners in January 2007 and now control 100% of the operation.

Les Ambassadeurs
Formerly owned by London Clubs International. The casino located in Hamilton Place, London was sold to a company controlled by Indonesian Putera Sampoerna in early 2006.

Les Croupiers
Single operation located in Cardiff. One of the busiest provincial casinos in the U.K.. Tables include 12 Roulette and 8 Blackjack.

Opera House Casino
Opened 26th October 2005. Single operation located in Scarborough on the site of the former Royal Opera House. 

Rainbow Casino
Famous casino located in an extended Victorian villa on the Hagley Road in Birmingham. Understood to have been up for sale for some time.

Paris Casino
Private operation that opened in 2004. Located at Station Rd, Blackpool.

The Ritz Club
Located in the former ballroom of the Ritz Hotel on Picadilly. The casino is part owned by the Barclay Brothers.

Shaftsbury & Broadway Casinos
West Bromwich. Opened in 2004.
Birmingham. Opened April 2005

Soul Casino
Aberdeen. Opened April 2007. Owned by partners Stuart Clarkson and Hytham Bedawi.

The International (closed)
Located on Market Street, Aberdeen. Independent operation that was in competition with 3 others in the city. Closed 2010 after having alcohol license suspended.

The Victoria Club (closed)
Privately owned casino in Nottingham operated by George Akins. The company sold their betting office estate to Corals in October 2003. The property was robbed in November 2004 and subsequently closed.
