Tasmanian Gaming Commission
Based in Hobart. Established in 1993 under the Gaming Control Act. The Commission is independent of the Tasmanian Government and the gaming industry and comprises three members. Maintains an inspectorate at Wrest Point and the Country Club casinos.

A registered Company, incorporated by the Government of Tasmania to administer the commercial aspects of Racing and Breeding in Tasmania.

Australasian Casino Association
Trade body founded in 1992 representing Australia's 13 casinos and 5 in New Zealand. The Association chaged its name from the Australian Casino Association to Australasian Casino Association in June 2008.
Gaming Technologies Association
Formerly the Australasian Gaming Machine Manufacturers Association.
Formed in the early 1990's to represent manufacturers of gaming and related equipment. Divided into two groups Members and Associates.
Australian Gaming Council (AGC)
Based in Melbourne the AGC was formed in June 2000 and is a national body with members representing all sectors of the gambling industries. The AGC provides a bridge between industry, government, community groups and others on the issues of responsible and problem gambling.
New Zealand - Charity Gaming Association
An industry organisation comprised of charitable trusts which raise money for the community through the operation of gaming machines.
